I get that, but Lloyd still has been putting his life on the line for others time and time again. Yes, he thinks about himself a lot, but so does he about others. The construction workers when the winter heart went out of control? He was helping them instead of getting the hell out of dodge. How about the mermaids, elves, dragon soul, shit annihilating dragon, skeleton crew, the queen and so on and so forth? He has done so much good that you would have a hard time saying that doesn't care about everyone's happiness. He looks out for others, but also punishes evildoers harshly.

These trials are BS to be honest. Only 25% of people reach the 10th floor and then you have trials like the 17th floor and this floor that reduce that number further. If you have bad luck, you are dead, basically. The two most talented individuals could meet in such trials and one of them would die. That's how stupid it is. Merit means nothing if a talented individual can die due to bad luck.

Agreed. She didn't treat Eclis like a person, but as a ticket to get out of the game and look how that turned out. Things are getting more restrictive. Now she lost the white rabbit too with this favor and she pushed our boi Kallisto away. Gotta hope she realizes this soon.

Damn. I know Eclis is not exactly popular, but I think he deserves some sympathy. xD He was being used by the MC (which was very understandable of course) and now he is used by Yvonne as well. Like a toy, with none of the both of them caring about his feelings.

He doesn't deserve to be killed. Eclis is a broken man because of his circumstances. MC made him dependent on her which led to obsessiveness. Not intended, but an unfortunate outcome. Chances are things would be different if she had made sure that Eclis made friends to become a more rounded individual.

Luckily, he doesn't from the looks of it. But it is understandable. They are running him wracked with how young and energetic they are and he worries deeply about this brother's health. Obviously, worse is that our MC here is gleefully stating he will try to hide things better from him better. MC really needs to learn to trust his brother better. To depend on him in these trying times. To talk with him about ALL of his worries. If anyone deserves that level of trust and dependence, it is him.
