I was wondering if Selena would curse the Edenverre royal family, Marianne in particular, for what they did to Alicia. She is the goddess of revenge after all. But I guess she was on Marianne side the entire time.

I was thinking this until I checked. There hair and eye colors are different. So I'm uncertain.

Has this story ever had a plot twist like that to work off of?

I mentioned this last chapter, and maybe I was onto something. Perhaps I should have been focusing more on our boy Stark. It’s already been established that exceptional warriors can easily take down mages, so a rival to Stark’s master would certainly fit that bill. That makes me wonder if Stark could end up being the x-factor who saves Serie’s life.
