And mdma is easy to make; was a science nerd in school (did AP Chemistry), so combining chemicals is a breeze. So is it really necessary to list a mobs crimes? You'd end up with a list a mile long without including what every law is. For example: Is it necessary to list the difference between killing demi-humans and humans. What about where a slave fits in the equation. How many years for each? What is defined as a criminal sentence? Whats the criminal process like? What does a prison sentence constitute if there is one? This is just the questions for 1 of the aspects they do.

Most people don't need this kind of world building unless the story revolves around these. So far out of the 2 times they've come up, they attempted to murder while they were targeting fantastical beasts. Good enough to draw the conclusion they are "bad people". Unless you want a whole chapter to go in depth pointlessly, the same thing can be achieved by periodic mentions as mc comes across them doing crimes.

Whether it worked or not on some isn't an accurate diagnosis for all. Heartbeats can narrow the answer to some medical conditions, but to rely on only that to pull out an answer is ridiculous. This is the case for 99% of these manhua/manhwa. Like a yellow face glossy eyes + abnormal heartbeat has narrowed the pool immensely, but if only a heartbeat its guesswork at best. There are questionnaires that are asked to find an underlying cause in conjunction with pulse reading, but even later mc diagnoses balding with simply reading a pulse

realistically soldiers work as hard as farmers. Especially medieval soldiers with chainmail, swords, and armor plating.
