This must be a mistranslation but I can't figure out what is meant.. My best guess from context is died, burned up, or exploded with the named monster? Since the translation is "oxidized", burned up is my best guess, though it doesn't make sense why they would think that.

If every failure resulted in enslavement then the adventuring system in general would crumble since the risk would be too high.

I don't see why that last burst step would have been necessary if not for Silve. If MC could use air magic to throw the enemy way up in the air, the same could be done to throw the enemy to MC to attack while eh was still unconscious.

Or summon the ice spike right under and drop a big object above to drive it through using magic.

Sorry, I thought you natively spoke English. See if a person identifies as a gender, those words have to come from the person. Someone who identifies as female for example, it doesn't matter how masculine other people around them find them, it matters what they think. If MC says "I am male" or "I am female", then MC would be choosing a gender identity. Till something like that happens, MC has not identified as a gender.
