Odds wise you are twice as likely to loose a level as gain a level after 70, so maybe quite using the level system at 71 and just use the random hourly chance button. It really is a nonsensical design. The biggest issue is that it's suppose to give you higher chance with higher upvote but that caps at a ridiculously low point so the odds of raising a level will always be at least half or worse than your odds of losing a level
