I think you're misinterpreting the meaning of this scene. It's not that they're using feminism as an excuse. Lisa IS fighting for the sake of women, but the order to "give women position of power" is bait. It sounds better in an history book because they attempted to negotiate before they started using violence, regardless of whether she expected it to work or not.

I agree about the curse. Like this is something the bible doesn't really delve into for obvious reasons, but God punishing women for the rest of history on the basis of the sin of a single woman... is obviously just discrimination.

At the same time, while I do think they're right in their desire to kill God, it's still obvious they're going too far. "The world won't change without drastic actions", sure, that might be true, but it's only valid under the assumption that the world they're currently living in is strictly evil, and that the world they will create is strictly good. The world isn't "right" or "wrong", it just exists in a state of change. There's no solution to "permanently fix the world", either it will go back to the status quo, or it will become equally corrupt in different way (there's a reason it ended up like that to begin with).

Basically, all you're left with after the fact is that random act of genocide. The world becomes worse because the only real change is the evil act they're committing to change the world.
