nope. A thousand pounds of nope in a five pound bag.
The artwork is one of the failing points. While the inking is superb and the designs are beautiful, that itself is a detractor. The further in you get, the more you realize the mangaka's so busy making pretty still panels that they're neglecting pacing panels that would push the plot along as a better pace. Worse, the pretty art also defies basic scene logic, so actual action becomes difficult to follow.
The writing is the second and far more obvious failing. More dialogue is spent on metacraft and moping than advancing any particular plot. Because of that alone, a dungeon incident that should have been wrapped up in even seven chapters, basically stretched to the point the book was axed at 20.
Not worth the time. There's nothing here you haven't seen in a thousand other "protag is fired from the party" stories. And there's no fanservice that could save it, either.
But there I go poking holes in a plot, again....
