Comments are right, there's zero obstacle in this story, so there isn't anything that's going to keep a reader's eye beyond a few chapters. Whatever shape it takes, the author will need to cook up some conflict.

A master of the game would know damn-well to keep his advantages and go scum the low levels until he has livable gear. He's not a master, the author's lazy.

This is pretty pointless. The hero's not established enough to care about her outside of her being the author's fetish and a metaphor for a machine doll, we don't know enough about Alex to care about his petty plotting or the weakness of his ego, and MC is too busy being high on life in the middle of an active war to take seriously. I'd much rather the companions all band together, stalk to MC's shitty cottage, beat the fuck out of him with socks stuffed with rocks, and drag his ass back to the actual only point of import in the whole story: routing the demon lord's army, and the demon lord themselves.

I feel I can just tune into Isekai Meikyuu Harem if I want genuine top-tier waifu action. We're not even getting any good content out of the Hamlet MC's holed up in. We damn-well don't get any good apothecary anecdotal adventures. Author really needs to pick a lane and commit.

Not really surface level given how frivolous DxD and this is with its setup & execution. Themes, pacing, character types, vague and entirely-translucent abilities...it takes a lot. And doesn't do much with it creatively.

He's not nailing the girls, he's not fixing his mana-depravation issue. Even bunnygirls can't make up for this sadsack display of brainlessness.
