Your first clue this isn't worth a bother is meta: EVERY group keeps mistranslating "kenja" as "wise man" instead of the far more common "sage".

Your second clue is the premise itself: a meandering work that heads absolutely nowhere in the first 10 chapters. The allure of the shouta/oneesan isn't even enough to compensate. Insult to injury, the translation goes from tolerable to outright terrible—much of the lore & setting is lost in the clumsy translation, then is completely lost in the machine translation. I'd say don't bother.

This is actually pretty sad instead of being mildly amusing.

Everything stated here is hopeful delusion. Someone would leak his skill, and then someone ELSE would break his hands permanently. Or otherwise enslave him, given what kind of asset he'd be in cosmetic surgery. There'd be no in between.

Boy this is absolutely gorgeous. It's a damn shame I don't give a shit about this subplot and just want to get back to something actually good, like Tatsumaki.

I'd say I have no idea how the hell this got an anime, but that's a lie. It's the perfect kind of feckless, toothless adventure story with milquetoast protagonist that is the bog standard for what represents Harem in the landscape.

Inconsistent characterization, inconsistent motivational pushes, over-reliance on ecchi gags in place of actual development, shoving plot completely aside when the premise should hold more serious weight to it...this whole book is a mess.

If you like the mangaka's work, go read Tasogare X Amnesia. It eclipses this trash by leaps & bounds. If you're looking for harem, go read NEET Dakedo Hello Work—light on lewd, better on characterization. Want actual lewd, read any number of isekai and you're bound to hit at least four per stack. Don't bother with this one. It's just trash.
