Usagi has quickly become a really great character in this arc. How he justifiably resents his mom for sending him to a correction facility and for being irresponsible financially and in taking care of her sickly daughter, but still loves her and is panicking over losing his mother and sister.

Why would the colorless rank even exist with a separate identifiable badge if there was no precedent for needing it. I just can't imagine how something like that could come to exist.

I love in manga when they just lean into "yeah this is a alternate dimension where everything is centered around wine" instead of trying to make it believable they just lean into the absurdity and ask you to think of wine as more than just wine in order to buy into the drama
