The happosai stuff really stands out with how much it does not hold up. Basically everything else in this manga still feels fresh more than 30 years later

I might have mentioned this before but I love how proactive albus is as a protagonist. The story begins after he's already succeeded the reactive part of his journey to stop the demon king and everything since them has been driven by his motivations
