Same goes for me. Despite how cranky the story was, I enjoyed the CGIs.

That somehow reminded me of the Battle Mechs in Spy Kids 3: Game Over.

That'd be the biggest plot twist I've ever seen in SOLs. It'd be a refreshing surprise twist if it is.

Its not like he had any honor to begin with, resorting to cheap tactics and slandering without direct confrontation. A low blow to him is fair play.

You'd die horribly though, remember what happens to those with zero Fortune Value?

Oh, people like that will die eventually. If not now, at least they will eventually die in ignorance as they did so while the MC scoffs at them.

You heard the irony about wars after all, there were also quotes said by former US politicians which criticized not only about war, but also how it was pointlessly emphasized by old men.

Older men declare war. But it is the youth that must fight and die.
- Herbert Hoover (31st US president)

War is young men dying and old men talking.
- Frankin D. Roosevelt (32nd US president)

I'm fed up to the ears with old men dreaming up wars for young men to die in.
- George McGovern (former US senator)

Old men who are only all talk but no action should NEVER have brought other people nor worth being brought to the table of dispute.

I should have put it better - only those who are trained by Desir and the Saints are ready of a threat of this scale. Remember that only some of the OTHER BEST Academy students can barely handle battalions, but can't even last a minute against the Hands.

All you need to do to get those answers is to pay attention. Its that simple.

Plus, in the previous two arcs, we know that the tower's residents are real living beings from different origins and worlds. And each of them had their own share of ordeals and suffering to be here. And from this arc, we now know that the Tower Administrators are not the enemy. They are actually recruiting capable hunters to save its residents, even praying for the hunters' welfare - the floors' resources are more like a compensation from them (an extremely generous reward if you think about it - explains even more why some guilds wanted to monopolize them and why there are jerks like the regressed *sshole our MC killed in the first place) to the hunters for making it this far.

Little by little we learn the nature of the tower (story setting) as we move on.

Indeed, the story was well written, and its details are easily covered and explained if you put some proper thought into it.

That was the point, NOBODY ELSE in the kingdom was battle ready for this "holy" war besides the four saints (which the ONLY BEST longed ranged saint is CRIPPLED, and the other which is the MC, needed a surefire plan to build his strength). Who else but his party members can do it?

If she dies just because of his advice, then its simply fate. She wasn't meant to live long anyway - remember that she died earlier than the MC before the regression, even when hailed as the "strongest" player. The irony will come back laughing at her if she dies like that.

Well, she did it out of reflex. But the deed is already done, the rest is just a matter of time.

Nothing but a bunch of pointless flattery as I heard from the comments elsewhere, about Rental Girlfriend of course.

It can be confusing for unexpositioned readers, especially when this arc was very centered around the tower system and the floor's workings.
[ Interpretion based on what I commented to you earlier for easier understanding ]
In overall, this world regressed three times:-
The first regression was the butler's wish for Lady Golden Flower to return back to the time she wasn't compared to Duchess Laviel;
The second regression was the butler's wish for Duchess Laviel's regression to give Lady Golden Flower equal footing against her;
The third regression was the ten day loop caused by Laviel's wish for the prince can become her prince charming, or at least grew a decent spine to be a responsible prince. To be specific, it was the "wish for the prince to return back to the time when they were still a couple". But as we all knew... this prince is a total loser, even qualified enough for me to label him as a GIGOLO no matter how wrong it sounded.

I think it does refer to the night watching as well. Monsters lurk around the island after all, not just rivals and jerk students like that conceited musclehead chapters ago.

It took me a while to write this explanation right. There's so much well thought details behind the the story and the tower system, well placed and ready to be traced if readers put their minds into it.

IIRC, the coat has protective functions as well, thus it's best to wear it while sleeping, so keeping Feer just on any side of one coat is not advisable in case of an ambush. A tie works best because its easy to turn, even if Feer cannot physically turn himself, a small wind can easily turn its direction - a far better foolproof nightwatch.
