At all times enemies speed is level/24 slower, so at level 1, enemy speed is 1-(1/24) putting the opponent at 95.8% of their speed, and at level 24 its 1-(24/24) making them completely immobile in the wheels range??

Every hour he can speed himself up by 6000% and multiply speed by level for a level minutes, so at level 1 its 6000% for 1 minute, level 2 its 12000% for 2 minutes, etc.

Every minute he can stop time for level seconds, for level 1 its 1 second, level 20 its 20 seconds, etc, meaning that starting level 60 hd can just stop time permanently??


I feel like they didnt put a lot of thought into what skills they just gave him, because these are insanely overpowered
