I really don't think characters with either blindfold, eyes closed, or some sort of cover over their eyes have ever seem to affect their vision in any way. Like unless the character is explicitly stated to be blind, every time you see these characters they continue to carry out their daily lives with the same ease as a person with normal eyesight would.
