I love how this manga challenges the reader by giving you so little dialogue that you have to make sense of the story purely through visuals and then when it does give you dialogue it completely recontextualizes what you saw. I had no idea that weird orb was Cibo and Sanankan’s child. And I do not believe I could have known. This is fine, this series does not require you to follow the plot to understand the story.

I had to go over the first chapter a few times to figure out how to tell them apart. I admit it is tricky when they’re all blond and wearing the exact same uniform with not much variation in hair styles

It’s the big reveal this manga should be almost over, oh I’m about half way through.
