I don’t just want to see Saitama punching shit, but you can look at earlier chapters of this manga or at One’s other works to get an example of how pacing in a story with an op protagonist is done well. How many chapters have been set in this introductory meeting for the Neo hero association. This should not have taken more than one chapter to show off the top members of this organization then moved on.

I don’t care I’ll read this garbage

I genuinely liked it that much. I don’t expect everyone to see it the same way, especially with how rapidly and wildly it shifts in tone more than almost anything I’ve read, but I actually liked that about it.

God I love this series, I can see how it might not appeal to others as much as it did to me, but it’s genuinely one of my favorites I’ve read. Sad to see it go, but happy with how it ended.

Im going to disagree with some of the other comments, I honestly think this ending was really well done. My only complaint is that I think it would have been better if they hadn’t explained Mitia’s backstory at all beyond that she was never a human like Youth, explained it in a previous chapter, or even just a few wordless panels that give you an idea of this backstory without spelling it out. But every other element that went into building the atmosphere of this resolution was outstanding, I even liked the triple ending thing.

So they went the route of the protagonist still being there. It’s harder to write that way so I’d like to see how this goes
