Apparently when we deleted something in our computer, the files are actually not deleted. It only deletes the index of those files and marks their storage space as available. There are still there on the disk but the computer won't read them as files. Those files are only truly gone when that exact same space that the original files used are overwritten by new files. In this case, maybe Neo's AI glitched or "evolve" and is able to read them somehow.

Ok, I like this chapter. It addresses the thing between Umi and Chizuru and now it makes Umi kinda a good guy by telling Kazuya the thing he needs to hear to clear up his confusion. Let's just hope Umi did really gave up.
