Don't worry, man. I think it will sound like empty consolation but i will still say it - everyone has their own struggle. We who get easily A and B with less effort are book smart. We are great at learning subject but we mostly suck in other department.

For me it was presentation skills and social skills. My math and science was top notch but later on I have to better my english, better my speaking skills. And also put effort in social skills - in social situation i would say, i ain't asocial but socially lazy.

So, moral of story I am still polishing my skill and everyone else also has to.
