I think you are little to harsh with isekai. All isekai where mc is only one to get gifts are where mc is op and then there are isekai where mc isn't only one or among the first one to get powers/gift always starts with mc getting fucked to the end.

It is just that mid-artist/author/mangaka are trying to catch Isekai bag. Cause it's easy as isekai (basically fantasy) have unlimited liberty on constructing a world.
