Great. The kind of real isekai ppl always wanted. No op bs. MC has real trauma that even a few readers might relate to. A trauma that most of us can empathize. Art is a solid 9/10, the drawn style kind. caracters are realistic, there's no happy go lucky caracters, over simplified cliché bad guys. The story's about a guy who looses his family to a fire in the home, he is the only one to survive. That trauma makes him reluctant to open up to his new familly, but its well written and not over the top. He has a twin brother, who's a genius just like him (MC seen as genius thks to reincarnation and past life experience obviously). You will really like that dynamic between the twins.

Feels lacking. Her whole persona is "i got free will" and "i'm gonna get revenge". Also, the moment she strated targeting children, like multiple children being decapited, i droped. Empty caracters with a revenge for the sake of the plot. It wasn't bad until, she went against the kids.
