I'm a bit worried that this manga will completely follow the WN.

I hate how the WN treats Claudia, His Rival, and his religion, making the WN less realistic and less immersive.

WN Spoiler:
Claudia, will be a fatso from binge eating. Later on she becomes a complete comedy character where she repels soldiers attack with her fats (Like kungfu panda).

His Rival, He treats MC as a brother, even sharing his wife to the MC. MC thought of him as a useful comedic guy who fight for him for granted (And it is really for granted, he fought and risk his men's lives for nothing), meanwhile, MC treated him badly.

His Religion, starting from a few chapters back, we can see some commoners view him as a God. Later on, MC saved and then f*ck a holy maiden, taking her chastity. With the dragon blood he bathed with, this ironically makes his dick a holy object. And MC gained divinity (Much like Lucy does) from worship, effectively saving his life from time to time. What I don't like is how it is treated as a joke, despite how it saves his life and quest many times.
