Everything that is serialized and on a weekly base has filler chapters , lol i I can’t understand how people spect to be on high hype all the time, filler chapters are use to give authors time to write, to think, to take a vacation, etc. Without pausing the serialization. This is not a bad filler chapter, they just extended a concept in a way that is difficult to check if it’s part of the story or just filler. Is way better than other serializations.

Torture is kind of a last resort, is like the worst method there is. Coercion , mental tricks, drugs, there are a lot of ways that are better. Also this part of the plot is disappointing, like no1 apart of red and some other guys can think?
