I've been struggling with it for so long i just ended up finding a plugin to replace the need for it. its called MAL-sync and it lets you have a central hub that tracks your series and chapters across multiple sites, including this one. majority of my series are on here but for the few that arent i use others like mangadex and sync the tracking all on that plugin
