honestly the idea of regression for a game world makes no sense so anything goes here, like max level newbie has a somewhat believable plot because he played a game which then came to life, granted its all fiction that plot makes more sense than the idea of regression for story where MC is literally just playing a VR game

which im happy about, but at the same time the ending feels shallow, I mean why take in disciples if we don't get to see anything regarding them, why show a romance between MC and priestess if we learn nothing about his kids or heir? ykwim

im so used to the theme of "there's always a bigger fish" in these types of stories so I really don't know how to feel about this ending

so im still binging this series, but i came to the recent chapter to ask, is this still being translated by one dude or is there a team now?

sadly animating is a difficult task, thats why theres only a few SUPER good animation studios with the rest being alright and many being trash, like the studio that picked up tbate (im gonna cry)

i dont know much about art and art history, so after a quick google image search, I get it but i still think grayscale fits better here as from what i saw Chinese traditional watercolor painting is just colors being lighter than normal due to the water. here we have shades of gray, lots of black and white, not really "light" colors, the colors we do have are pretty vibrant

ive said this before and i'll say it again, the most underrated aspect of this series is how GOOD the art is despite the lack of color. everything is in grayscale apart from very few things that are directly associated with characters. weapons, aura, and clothing are really it, the entire background is pretty much black and white yet it's one of the best-drawn series I've personally read
