id make the argument that in a normal situation the laws of the world would have the reincarnation of the current KOH and the replacement lined up, or like a subordinate to the KOH would step up? but llyod exists outside the laws of the world hence the whole arc of 2 protagonists and the world fighting to kill one of either lloyd or javier, so by lloyd sacrificing himself to take out KOH its an unexpected action to where the natural powers dont have a plan to replace the KOH because he wasn't supposed to reincarnate yet, or lloyd would become it since then the world has only 1 protag, current KOH get's reincarnated, and lloyd is the replacement so everything in theory is balanced.

for the skill, i assume it has limits so by "strongest" it becomes just barely stronger than the current strongest in the world and the "world" is defined by the dimension he is in so since god isnt there it would put him on the level of the king of hell since they desceded onto earth.
As for the reincarnation i assume 1. loss of power, going from one of the strongest beings in the verse to presumably a regular human would just straight up suck. 2. hell going into chaos for the duration it is kingless causing turmoil over earth and heaven and one of the powers or responsibilities of the KOH was to maintain that order, since its been shown that the laws of the world are stronger than even KOH and god so something like a universal punishment for failure of duty?

he wasn't a top 10 existence for nothing. even while up there he definitly knows how to make enemies and friends, considering 7 (i think it was 7) of the other top masters combined forces to take him down

3 personal favors are good and dandy but at the end of the day pharr is going to get so much glaze from noble families and "government" just because he registered Lu Sheng into their galaxy, discovery aside the credit for every single accomplishment from here on goes directly to this particular galaxy raising its prestige over time and of course, pharr, for "discovering" such an "unprecendented genius". those personal favors are still amazing but i dont think it compares to the prestige his galaxy just fundamentally lost from losing citizenship rights of lu sheng
