the relationship of the sects make zero fucking sense. how does a former demonic sect leader manage to mobolize not 1, not 2, but THREE righteous sects to act against a prodigy and a high venerable to help place a demonic cultivator at the sect leader position? they're on opposite paths if 3 righteous sects were gonna mobilize shouldn't they instead use the chaos to just get rid of demon scheming sect, or atleast cripple it like zhuo fan did to mystical heaven? also i understand i've been saying 3 sects despite mystical heaven sect being basically 1 person, thats besides the point. what about the other sects why are they not doing anything? surely they would notice that theres SOMETHING going on, and even if the other righteous sects noticed and don't care (bc why would they its an act against a demonic sect anyway?) surely the other demonic sects would notice something and use it to attack the mobolized righteous sects??? i mean one of them is missing its sect leader AND high venerable, while the other is missing what 100 of its experts as well as 8 strong venerables? double dragon manor too should be acting in some way shape or form, 4 of the disciples they invited are being attacked, that itself should be seen as an attack on double dragon manor, and isn't their whole role keeping peace in the western lands? zhuo fan attacking mystical heaven sect is one thing as its 1:1 sect ratio and can be seen as a personal grudge due to how they planned on using his wife, but the attack on demon scheming sect was a triple sect attack surely 3 righteous sects ganging up on a demonic sect means upsetting the balance

"mean nothing to vlad" wasn't meant to be like "vlad has no respect or care to notice their existence" but rather what i meant was along the lines of how they don't hold a candle to the other knight's hes fought in comparison, atleast no where near enough to be worth the screen time because again, they are "regular "nameless" knights and the screen time we've gotten has always been impressive renowned knights. of course vlad has nothing but great respect for any knight, even regular swordsman, that wasn't what i was talking about tho.

the only other knights vlad has fought have been high ranking ones, there was the duel for the princess where they were high ranking and respectable knights, the duel with the redhead who was (i think) deemed as a genius. regular old knights mean nothing to vlad now there the same type of cannon fodder as bandits and mercenaries

how are you supposed to keep room in an analogy for something you don't understand? the whole point of an analogy is to compare it to something else to make it make sense, you cant make sense of something that you don't have any knowledge of?

i mean he doesnt know how level 14/15 works so ofc he cant make an analogy that includes them or an anology that has room for them to be added after. if he knew what made 14/15 so special it would be a completely different story

why are the elders of a strong family plotting a way to get more power even if it means going against the random child of the current patriarch? idk thats just how every plot goes

its like a game of risk, you ally with the other weaker force to take on the stronger force until everything is rebalanced, then someone else gets stronger and backstabs/gets backstabbed due to the power difference and repeat. theo is ultimately gonna fight the elders i think (not spoilers i dont read the LN) and ofc troivan is an enemy.
