eh with reincarnation, it becomes a really gray area of ethics. on the 1 hand, physical age would let someone like Rudeas be ethically correct, but on the other if we just use mental age than that gives the real life argument of "but theyre mature for their age" actual ground to stand on. there's a fine line between both, and from the few characters i can currently recall I think arthur Leywin is a good example, even though hes a kid with another kid, he doesn't over sexualize it, but doesn't just avoid the subject either and seeing his internal monologue about how he feels about tessia lets us better understand the dilema of it all.
