Bit of a lackluster ending no doubt, but I'll not forget the highs of the series anytime soon either.
JJK anime opening 3, that whole arc and Zero, and the Sukuna vs Gojo fight, these were some pretty high highs and I'll remember 'em fondly.

When I saw the chapter title I did suddenly think "y'know, this would actually be a really good use of the 'it was all a dream' card" lmao.
Imagine if this was all part of someone's domain or Megumi's dream inside Sukuna and the battle was still actually going on and the 'ending in X chapters' thing was a stunt and we were getting 100 more chapters of the Sukuna battle, not going to lie I would totally be here for that lol.

Nice to have happy endings too though, I'm not complaining about the current version and it ending next chapter, was just a funny thought I had.

What's interesting about it is I think I agree it would have been completely different but... still have no idea if it would've played out as a win for the good guys or a loss lol.
I think that makes it a pretty cool fight overall.

I think this 1 year fight has been one of the most entertaining I've read!
Buuut I do agree having it be the final fight and now the series is over feels abrupt in an unusual way.
Still, bitchin' manga, it's been a trip.
