I like the exchanges they have, it's a large part of the fun, but that convo from page 4 on feels like they had to be speaking at lightning speeds given how long it was and how close they were to eachother and the ball when it started lmao

Woah! It's really good! Decent slowburn story with art that goes really hard in places and none of the more questionable tropes of its kind - not much battling, no lewd bits at all, just good story, nice characters and great art! Finished Chapter 18 now (its current latest chapter) and really looking forward to more!

I've been struggling to get past the opening chapters in a lot of manga I try lately, this one's got me hooked lol, great art, interesting world/mystery brewing, nice characters.

Small details get lost from time to time when reading weekly chapters as opposed to binging. Four chapters ago is a whole month ago, and it's been a busy (irl) month!
I'm sure I'm not alone in this, I've had to recap entire plot arcs to people in some comment sections before lol, though I do it in a friendly fun way and not a slightly-rude way like yours.

Does anyone know if the Mafia spinoff has any other characters with Iruma's appetite? I remember reading enough of that to know Iruma still has his appetite in it but I don't know if any other characters do too.

Well, no. I said "idk" in that comment, not "this proves they're related" and in a later reply I also said it "doesn't mean they're related".
Did I word my first comment badly or something? I didn't expect this many "nuh uh" replies. I was literally just pointing out a third similarity between the two characters and sharing my own worries as a fellow Ameri-Iruma shipper.

Within the context of the story the only one who's shown an appetite like that is Iruma. It's another similarity.
Doesn't mean they're related, as we dinnae ken yet, but I was just replying to the comment of their only similarities being hair and eyes with another similarity.
