No, quran is as flawed as any other scriptures: Not written by their actual prophets or god, but by people claiming or worse agreeing on what was said. Then it was written one language, where the authors and practioners will claim that it is best and most beautiful language ever. That most ridiculous thing I've heard is that that is the reasoning for it being the basis for the title of "true" religion.
Maybe make a book slightly glow in the dark, when it contains the true scripture or make it magivally readable by illiterate or foreigners.
