OP MC stories are only fun if they are either balls to the wall crazy, or slow.
This one doesn't go crazy enough and instead just feels like the author is trying to come with crazy ideas while restraining themselves.

And if it is to allow romance, well, that's just ignoring mental growth, innit?

A lot of these "reincarnated into a game/story" characters tend to be very... naïve... about their impact in the world.

Some act like the story WILL stay faithful to the original story no matter what, and others act like they can change the story because they know what's gonna happen, not realizing that changing it should mean they will stop knowing what's gonna happen.

Feels like the either the excuse of someone afraid to make a move, or the egotistical ramblings of someone that loves being chased.

This one is kinda simple in concept, but has likeable characters right from the get go and an somewhat interesting intrigue, about his family and lady fate.

The thieves got trapped in, well, traps. I think the item just push you outside, to the entrance. Since this dungeon is also a cave system, I think it got more than one entrance.

I get that. This might be a chance for growth.
Hell, I would appreciate if that's the route they take.
