My point is that they are hybrids, so a dragon and human have had a child together at some point, so it isn't impossible to happen. More importantly, the emperor is the original ancestors of the Takars. Put differently, he is the dragon that mated with a human to start the bloodline. So it is funny that they are arguing about if a dragon can knock up a human when he has already done so.
