honestly there were 2 tests to qualify as s rank
• survival (strong monsters)
• control (high regeneration monsters)

TP is like a cheat skill when it comes to survival, and control requires a little bit of skill. weapons can be brought into the evaluation so it's not like they didn't allow him to exert more power. (there's a difference from A-rank using equipment that gives S-rank qualification and an S-rank using equipment)

Realistically Hakjin is in the top 10 for world rankings (lost on 3rd match of 32 = 4-8th place) {left wiggle room for a couple others that have a chance to beat him that were prematurely eliminated}

dungeon = resources, skill proficiency (money) {wasn't mentioned but skill proficiency increases by using them}

no matter how great and proficient a skill is, if you're too weak it'll feel like getting slapped by a feather, and without mana you can't preform the skill

What he said was what he meant. It was a move meant to make the villain think there was a way out, so he could despair like his victims. its the villains fault if he thought he had a chance. If NOT helping assassin girl was part of the promise, he wouldn't have dealt damage to begin with. The promise was she can be the one to kill him. there was never a mention of no help or what condition to leave him in. She even BROKE her deal with the MC to wait for him to show up before she attacked. So if MC wants to renege to her, he has full rights.

Having the burden of guilt that comes with not saving people and being criticized
VS
Saving anonymously and only receiving thanks from those involved. (except for a name most ppl don't know MC)

that i didn't know. but we can see that the 1st curse was for mana sight, the 2nd curse was for sealing his mana use. if the trend holds one of the next of the 10 total curses may be a mana body (ability to hold or gather or both). IF... with the slight chance, that one of the curses is also aura usage, with MC's ability to replicate swordsmanship on sight, this is already beyond sword saint ability.

Like what was said, with the current trend of his curses being related to mana, its not a leap to conclude that there will be at least one more aspect that will be unlocked.

if we go over other possibilities there are
• cut / disperse mana (base skill)
• mana feeling (sight unlocked)
• mana gathering / use (unlocked - extent unknown as curse was still trying to close circuit)
• blessings
• sword qi (half unlocked with being able to use mana)
• sword aura
• elemental magic
• blood magic
• curse magic
• other properties not mentioned yet

as MC finds pillars, the curse weakens while he gains mana and continues to get Prof Sekrit to undo his curse. So, what else are reasonable cursed skills? you already know at least 2 will be unlocked before the stars arrival (the one working on - mana use, and 1 more)

There are many Asian stories of sword saints and sword gods with unrivaled swordsmanship comprehension and martial body (a body that easily accepts qi/mana) from birth.

aside from this, people have superhuman powers. maybe they are able to cloak or shapeshift. is the exit location the same as entry? if a dungeon closes all bodies left will disappear, so if they truly want to conceal their identity its not like you can find them. there is suggestion of tracking entrants, but it was probably only for analysis so names wouldn't be important before the "first time", only number and rank entering "X" difficulty
