He is 100% the villain, hell despite being the protagonist the story has never once tried to argue that this man isn't evil or cruel or capricious he just genuinely doesn't see these other people around him as people anymore they're all tools at this point.

Yeah usually they make the Japanese guy evil as s*** and they make the Chinese guy weird and detached and act in a large overly organized group, largely based on martial arts, but they're not evil just utilitarian.
But in this series the Japanese guys are downright heroic alongside the Korean guys It's a genuine surprise.

They're better than that - they're an entire army of sports hooligans who's favorite sport happens to be murder, like every other faction in Warhammer has reasons to do what they do, Orks just do it for the Love of the game. Bending reality to their will because God damn it it's cooler that way.

The whole second half of the chapter could have been just about whatever the f*** that is and I would have been fine with it.

Once again every single time I forget how this series started the author just slaps you with it again, like they're writing out chapters then every once in a while someone comes into the room and says "hey what about that masturbation thing? Are you still doing anything with that?"

I kind of like that he's a piece of shit with a one track mind, he's like one of those evil emperors in another story that would want immortality and would fuck over whoever he needed to to get it.

I'm fine with this main character because they're not trying to make him look like a good person, I don't mind an evil protagonist so long as the story isn't trying to put some kind of spin on it and make him look like he's not an asshole, like nothing about this story makes him look like he's a good person or is saying he is justified it's just some s*** he's doing to achieve his goals regardless of who he fucks over to do it. The version of him that was a good person died when his first life ended.

And here I was thinking it was one of those places with all the buffalo.

Once he got strong enough to just regenerate before dying completely rather than outright reviving he really hasn't needed it I guess.

It does kind of feel like the story forgot the main character had a sister after a certain point.

Boy sure wish they would explain what the f*** is going on with that "sword saint"... Is it a hologram or projection of some sort? Is it his corpse being puppeted? Is it a kidnapped person being mind controlled? Is it a golem modeled after him? does it cause real damage or just projected damage?! they haven't explained God damn anything! This whole time for the last 11 chapters they barely explain anything they just say stuff and then move on, there's barely any world building barely any effort in characterization of anybody, anytime they explain something it's well after it would have mattered to actually explain it. They mentioned half demons in chapter 2 and didn't explain what it was ( or rather why it was significant in this setting) until like two chapters ago. It's aggravating because the parts they give me aren't bad it's just that they aren't giving me much.

Well given the time period and the way they are discussed they wouldn't be Nazis, they'd either be pre-Weimar Republic or just Weimar Republic Germany (think WWI more than WWII). But this is an alternate history so they might lean more towards Nazi allegory than the setting might naturally incline them to.

It was so out of nowhere and unexplained that I thought maybe a panel got repeated that shouldn't have.
