To survive is to suffer, to live is to find meaning in that suffering.

Oh yeah that would also be an option, and while it would decrease the stress from gravity with the state his body is in aquatic exercise might do about the same amount of damage just over a slightly slower period.

Will he learned the same things the main character learned but with the Shaolin trading methods that f****** your body, so he must have been something else.

Giving his track record in the short time we've seen this series, she's probably another significant character from one of those two stories he was talking about and him helping her probably prevents a worst case scenario.

I hope she spreads the rumors and he becomes a local Ghost story "the Meat-hungry Monk"

Now we can turn them from a blood Monk into a righteous ashura, the behavior difference is basically just that you can point some at bad people instead of everyone...the violence doesn't change.

It's a double blind bluff! In order to look unsuspicious you make yourself purposely suspicious so that they think you're not suspicious cuz nobody suspicious would make themselves suspicious on purpose... Otherwise that would make them suspicious hmmmm. https://i.postimg.cc/x1KYD3Td/i.png

I appreciate that it's one of these main characters they got put into a body of a child that actually treats the children around him like children, even if they're mean. He's not out the cripple anybody or break their spirits just to prove a point.

Not only that he lost while getting help from a shadow homunculus that boosted all of his magic stats and let him resist the type disadvantage.

I like how the old man's really just trying to guide the main character into actually doing the plot instead of just bumming around like he was before. Because as is the whole dark cult plot felt pointless because it never actually intersected with the main characters.

I'm assuming they were created by something that engineered it's Own System independently beforehand that enabled it to mass produce and tailor make various creatures as well as create portals, and river simply discovered a similar principle when he engineered his system.

It's terrifying to see a whole team drop their gloves all at once like that- gives off real strong "you're about to get jumped" energy.

Hilarious sort of in a cosmic sense, sort of the same way it's funny that Naruto basically tries to end every fight with the rasengan from the very moment he learns it forward. Just the sheer dedication to the brute force method is admirable. But like from an outside observer's point of view it's just funny because all the enemies always use different attacks and like strategy and s***, only to get hit with like five raw supers in a row.

In his defense there are not really many disguises that will help you not look like a small child with ungodly power, at least not many that will stand up to the scrutiny of a fight. Like if he had body changing art or something he might be able to- but as is this is actually genuinely a pretty good strategy, to appear as a belligerent that is fighting the beggars not to protect that branch but simply because they pissed him off, he's able to fight as much as he wants maybe even draw their attention away from the place all without establishing an affiliation in their minds.

It's really good so long as you just stop reading when he gets to modern times like when he wakes up in the modern world let that be where the series ends for you. you will remember it as a 10 out of 10 it'll be emotionally impactful and you'll have a lot to contemplate. If you keep reading however the degree of fall off is so severe that you'll hate yourself for caring that much up to that point. Not only will it just have him redo entire emotional arcs, but worse! It'll continuously introduce and then linger on a bunch of just straight awful characters that are either 1.annoying 2.add nothing to the plot 3.have constant moral grandstanding that doesn't actually make any sense upon any reflection in the context of this series. 4. Just straight up suck and drag the story down by their mere existence as they continuously drag the plot and the development of the story towards their bullshit. It'll then proceed to minimize the impact of the main character and the journey he's taken by virtue of undoing some things he's done and negating some things he's done and then just doing random bullshit. Everything after the modern times ark starts makes me wish the series got canceled and the author had to just write something else instead of doing this to a series they made that was good. I haven't had a series disappoint me this severely in the second half since I read fire Punch for the first time.
