Highly recommended for the genre, but beware that it's not enjoyable all throughout. I love the character stories. Most characters are punchable jerks though. The characters are very nuanced and morally grey, making them complex and humane. They might seem self-contradicting, but considering their experiences and events, I find their reactions to be sensible. For example, even if at some point, characters are inclined to develop feelings for FMC, they would back out at certain scenarios due to circumstances without making a move on her. These motives create the subtleties and nuances in their actions and encounters with the FMC, adding depth to these encounters.

I just want to address a naive critic on the FMC in an older comment: FMC is an interesting character exactly because of her self-awareness and firm resolve to attain her motives, and the use of her very trauma is valid which puts this story among the few sensible Isekai stories that elaborate on their earth experiences and wounded soul. The writing on her is well-thought and planned, and she truly and sincerely started off with that firm resolve without half-assing her plans. At present, it would only be interesting to find her firm resolve crumble for a character development that would smoothen her cracked and morally grey principles. She even got her well-deserved punishment for her naivety in the current season. Many people criticize the MC because she doesn't treat the male leads as humans with emotions, and they all hate what she did to Eckles, which is very humane. She was neglectful like your generic love-bomber, but as I said, she got punished for it. Anyway, her flaws aren't mean to be embraced nor loved, although it is a frustrating reading experience, she was still well-written. I wouldn't dare to call this a masterpiece, but this manhwa and the main couple are loved for profound reasons.

It's still frustrating to read sometimes because of the character flaws, but the fact that they're intentional is a sad pass for me. To even compare the characters in this story to generic fantasy stories is disservice to the character nuances. The world-building, gorgeous art, pacing, dialogues, etc. are good enough as well. When I read the prologue, I only expected an enjoyable light-hearted otome isekai romance, only to have my expectations crushed for a more interesting experience.

Highly recommended 8.3/10. The flow and pacing are alright. It's not too slow, but it's not rash either. All characters are enjoyable because of the comedy. I can't think of any annoying, punchable, dumb stock character, which I really like because I don't have to put up with needless stress for some dumb character. Not even that "old man" is annoying because even his evil schemes are sensible for a greedy noble. The artstyle might be unconventional at first, but it gets better in like 50 chapters~ I think by season 2.

The FL and ML are kinda refreshing. They're just adorable. Even people's appreciation for FL is sensible. FL isn't some damsel in distress nor a Mary Sue. They're just both acting on their feelings for each other without being so stressful. I also like that there are always other characters who don't even mess with the main leads. They're just there being supporting characters bringing out comedy and some circumstances for the plot. I love Blan though, he's always funny.

This manhwa have both romance and comedy tags, but it's not solely based on romcom. I feel like I enjoy both genre separately. The plot was alright, and it's a light hearted experience. The progress of their romance might feel slow. Considering the timeline, I think it's just the pacing that's a bit slow, but I think it's enough because it allows for smooth flow and pacing, and it still builds on their stories without using fillers or empty events that don't add anything to the story.

The synopsis reminded me of the father son riddles lol. Good world building, sufficient pacing. Acceptable slowburn romance.

3/5 it's not so bad, but it's lacking in almost all aspects. I liked the villain, and the first parts were interesting. The romance was enjoyable. The main plot's climax dragged for some time which sucks, so I just lost interest in the ending as well. Overall, the story is kinda inconsistent in quality because there are many filler conversations. The world-building was alright. The main characters were kinda cliched without any more going on with them outside their love story. The FL didn't show impressive character development, but that could be because the climax was dragged. I don't recommend. I'd rather reread other series than reading this.

I don't really recommend, but you can also give it a chance.

The introduction setup was messy. Info dump, messy flow, cliched humor showing characters to be tropey, and messy character introductions. The flow only became decent by Chapter 8 when the ML's story was told. It was good, and I loved it (the bar might be low).

However, both seasons 1 and 2 were still messy. The season 1 was filled with whatever events without any kind of setup. It's just the main characters encountering whatever irrelevant problem right off the bat that gets resolved in only a few chapters, making the story come off rash and jumpy with some romance in between. I'm calling them irrelevant because the main plot hardly progressed with them, much like having problems given needless attention. The world building lacked depth because of this crucial flaw. It didn't improve that much in season 2, and I can't even remember what distinguishes each other but the progress in the relationship between the MCs.

I really loved the ML, and I wanted to give this story a chance, so I kept reading. I also loved the romance, and I loved the art, but I think this manhwa hardly deserves a 7/10. It was enjoyable, but it wasn't much of what I was expecting. I even chose to forget that it's Josei because the events are usually indistinct from shoujo fantasy tropes.

I also loved the FL. Both the FL and ML are complex and quirky, but the FL fell victim to lackluster story writing. She had so much potential, but she can easily get dismissed by her in denial that's a prevalent disease in isekai stories. I just really hope they grow with creative story writing. The other characters were okay, but I can hardly care about them tbh. They're mostly just there existing, and so far, it's just our main couple trying to save the world.

Well at least he had a really good backstory. Desiring to be of help to someone even when you have nothing does make a person think they did something in their live, and that would make them content or happy. Can't drop this now
