Haven't seen the anime, but I figured that was the case.
With how the pacing and worldbuilding of this story are, an anime season would be far too short to put a full story arc into. So of course they'd have to either rush or shorten it, which would drastically change both character portrayal and the general plotline.

God, how soul crushing must it be to have your own name become a severe trauma to the point you cant even tell your child what it is.

so essentially, she's generating mana faster than she expends it. this overgeneration strains her mana core and thus her body. the bright crystals worked by strengthening her body and expanding her mana core. couldn't you just find an item or something that would drain her mana as fast as she was generating it?

most of us don't hate the backstory in and of itself. the main problem is the timing. if the backstory took place at any time other than the middle of a fight sequence it'd be fine.

yea but when even the concept of a sniper or a bullet is completely unknown you wouldn't really be on the lookout for small objects moving at such high speeds. especially when its a purely physical action.

Two reasons.
1. he just made hella bank
2. He significantly weakened the people who are suppressing the causality, causing prices to drop.

All the hype for none of the payoff. Get to the ass kicking already.

Genuinely forgot this existed. Glad its back though, its fun.

I don't mind the new art style, but i think i preferred the old one. it had more personality, felt more fitting and unique.
