this is the big final battle and MC had teleported all of the troops into positions, having to TP hundreds of times to get them all ready
what the actual plan is is still a secret from the viewers, for some dumb reason, but its probably 'MC and a few elites will teleport to the holy capital and take down the pope personally while the war is going on'

still could have been targeted by traffickers or other criminals, or maybe a group of bandits was targeting the town so they worked together to kill them, mainly being MC doing the work and getting the foundation for his skills

my guess for how MC got his skills was that he was training to be a scout (maybe one of his parents was a really skilled scout?) and after working with/trained by Tiana she was targeted by people who were trying to assassinate or kidnap her since shes a noble, and MC secretly protected her and honed his skills
then later on he used his skills he learned protecting Tiana and more training and practice against monsters (who likely have better senses than humans) to become the extremely skilled infiltrator assassin he is

something im actually kinda surprised about is that he wants for people to think he is a villain, and killed people (villains) back at the start of the story, so i wonder why he doesnt kill villains before they act or it goes too public but also wont hinder stardust from getting stronger
surely there is some B-list villains that are more in the shadows he can dome and claim credit of? like moving in and grabbing them during a fake attack, killing the down-low villain so people take it seriously, then dip without any actual innocents getting hurt and saving more innocents in the future

Angels invaded the earth during new years and mentally put people in a testing area that were in groups during new years events like the New York Square ball drop, and in those areas people got 1 starting rune/power at random and had to kill monsters for seemingly the enjoyment of the angels and if they die in the trials they die irl
MC (guy in disguise as the guy talking back) had a rune of return that let him do-over 100 times, learning from each run to get better n better and on run 99 he got to the final boss but found out he actually needs a party of 5 to even start it so now he is building a team even tho he could solo all of it but the team is supports so he can do it faster and easier
there is also some groups, like this PCW one, that see players as superior or humans as superior (like the congressman who was kidnapped) and MC is stepping in to dismantle them before they get to big and organized and cause problems he cant easily and quickly fix
his main motivation to fixing everything is to keep his little brother safe since thats the only family he has left

also MC got his unique class, reaper, from killing an angel during the first tutorial and he found it by accident originally but just defaults to secretly killing the starting angel so no one else gets it since its great for solo edge lord style

it is funny how everyone keeps assuming he is doing all of this for the people of valhalla, when in reality he doesnt give a shit and is only making sure the empire has less power when that fight happens eventually
