I somewhat suspect maybe the same. But hoping all this was a premise to be proven false, making the aliens seem even less relatable to go as far as emotional manipulation nonsense.
Honestly though really feels like what you said. Annoying part is this was all fictional nonsense... well maybe not, seems there is a decent amount of muslim immigrants in japan as of late, also nuisance streamers too.
Either way, don't really enjoy "real world" analogues in my fiction, but more importantly there was supposition about whether the aliens even actually saved earth. I was suspecting it was all an elaborate ploy so the aliens could take advantage of earth, which would make a lot more sense given the MC's decided actions against aliens. If they were a bunch of scum and scammers in addition to having murdered the MC's family, it would make way more sense to "glorify" the MC's actions.
Unfortunately as previously stated, I think the publisher, editor, or the author, if not all the above got cold feet due to the back lash. Really wish creatives would stop bowing to the raving psychotic extreme left hate mobs.
That is to say, really don't know what the author is trying for here if lilly's story is true.
That said, given that whole story, I think the idol girl is in the bag, if she is alive likely going to be able to corroborate lilly's story... if she's not alive I am going to lean in the bit about lilly being full of it though.
Honestly might drop this series though if lilly's been telling the truth, just too much of an out of left field plot twist in a bad direction IMO given the previous tone of the series so far.
Either way not enthused in the first place that they spent this long telling the whole back story, truth or not TBH. Hopefully the author knows what they are doing here.
Felt like the MC could have been friends with the dragon leader of the unorthodox had things not become so convolutedly irreparable...
Anyways hope this is nearly the end of the series + a bit of epilogue, would be a decent place to leave off the story IMO, moreover feels like all plot threads are tied up/there is nothing else to chase to extend the story further (and extending the story further would just degrade the story over all)
What chapter was the demon god mentioned, was made obvious it was a separate entity from the dragon the MC just slew?
Willing to bet lally actually did do something to get ostracized. IF lally even was real to begin with.
For me knowing what comes next is something to look forward to because, no words suffice to perfectly paint the picture as it will unfold on the page itself.
Without quoting the novel word for word and capturing every moment until the climax of the previous build up, short summaries, second and third hand retellings will never quite encapsulate the intrigue of reading it for yourself.
2. I questioned your READING COMPREHENSION because you keep having a conversation with some one who is obviously not me because you are responding to words and meanings I did not write.
I am pissed because you are going out of your way to argue something I never said. Your reading comprehension again is either lacking, or your are just a scumbag.
You could potentially cause immense emotional trauma for the anime only crowd.
To not get spoilery but to convey my idea of it, telling the events of the journal as it happened THEN having rudi discover it only after the events recorded were played out.
RIGID patterns is what I said about PvE
I mentioned "humans fall into patterns" aka habits, where as a PvE enemy / encounter / fight is limited to its script and logic, players can and will "break script"
Like you said in your own example of another player studying another's habits to exploit them THEREBY breaking the patterns and habits they themselves normally also fall in.
Either you are being disingenuous are you need better reading comprehension.
Sure humans fall into patterns, but they also can break those patterns and become unpredictable. A human opponent can be reactionary not scripted.
Roms is stealing/pirating already, asking money for that on top of which is another whole level of shady.
