god this is the funniest shit. firstly I'm pretty sure by Harp the author meant a Lyre(the U shaped instrument often called a harp in fantasy stories) a common mistake, though typically in the opposite direction. does it mesh well? yes absolutely. But he also just said that its a title he's been trying for since before his regression, so of course it fits well with his build if he built his build around it.

Also, yes it never specified its for all basic classes. but it never specified it was for berserkers either, just that it has an extra effect for them. I just presumed that we, the audience, were only shown the berserker effect because its the only one that applied, but that there were other effects for other classes as the title isn't tied to any specific one.
Again, that may just be my brain trying to fill plot holes though.
