its not that you cant do anything, its complete sensory deprivation, cutting off the 5 senses. so you can still physically move and do stuff, you just cant feel it. its damn hard to do anything without your 5 senses, but not impossible. what he's doing here specifically is singing without being able to hear himself or feel the vocal chords vibrating in his throat. Yeah, that sounds like a nightmare, but as far as the grading system goes it’s roughly the same as the US. Anything below 60% is a failing grade. And the highest grade (A) is anything >91%. Letters are also divided into + and - categories by every 3% (91-93%=A-, 94-96%=A, 97%-100%= A+)

We have kindergarten too, but we don’t have the split schools after that, just elementary, which seems like the combo school. As much as you can graduate with any grade above F (ie 61% or greater) going into higher learning/better jobs requires a higher GPA(grade point average). So as much as you can “graduate” it doesn't mean shit unless you have straight Bs(>81%) or higher in all classes.

The whole systems also a mess here(also govt).

I think of it more like an RPG mechanic. LUK stat ups percentages. More random encounters and events. Better odds at loot drops, etc.

though having Kento learn summoning isn't a bad idea. even if he cant summon them all at once he could probably still do it one at a time, but that's only if he can grantee that his teachers and schoolmates are the ones summoned.

They cant force him to do anything he doesn't want to do, and they have no way to stop him if he choses to leave. so what authority do they have anymore when he alone has the power to take out literally all of them in an afternoon.

I blame Monster Luck. in most RPGs Luck is neither good nor bad. The higher the Luck stat the higher likelihood of rare drops and events. Why does shit keep happening to you? you have a monstrously high luck stat my dude.

and why would he agree? govt has nothing to convince him to do such a thing and his family already abandoned him so he has no connections to manipulate. and to add to that he can teleport, so even if they try to catch and imprison him he can just teleport away.

at this point, he is the only link, so they cant do jack shit without his agreement, and they have no feasible way to get him to agree. it doesn't matter how many plans there are if they cant implement any of them.
