You have failed to do two things. Suspend your modern sensibilities, and grasp the context of that scene and the word depicted. Beyond this, I imagine there is very little speak to further.

I get that the men of this world are subordinate but do they also have to look feminine? Perhaps being oppressed and and repressed means they can never develop their physique but even then they can still look small without looking like femboys.
