Zhuo doesn't act unless he's certain of the results. He coudn't read the guy which made it difficult to gouge his power. he was deescalating the situation.

they need to bring back the "nano" it just doesn't translate well in English. It also robs the twins of their personality.

That last few pages shows that MC will be betrayed by idiots jealous of his power when they too could probably be as powerful if they train hard enough.

it would be a waste to make them minions since they are trash mobs. also hes still weak right now otherwise he would have lasered them to death. Alsot here is far too many for that to be an effective strategy, hes got people hes trying to protect and making minions leaves him vulnerable...there is a lot of reasons why this wouldn't be a thing.

finally, MC is met with gratitude and humility.

well not so much the ability level but the style in which abilities are explained, especially after they are used. (its made easy by the fact that rimuru is often clueless about the abilities he gets till great sage explains it.)

I do get your point though I hope the writing improves in some respects as the MC grows and gains more world experience.

And thus some of the saving grace of this manga. if plans go awry, he will have to adjust and deal with it. nothing has really come easy to him even with his power. the pacing of this manga is a bit too rushed so sometimes it feels jagged, but MC doesn't get to use his power to brute force his way through things, or have everything work out perfectly. Indeed his skeleton guards are tactical and former generals so they tend to guide him where he is lacking, but he has too many blind spots, but he learns from experience. Imagine if this manga was written by the person who wrote faraway paladin for instance.

they did explain some of his abilities, but i think it was done poorly. They mostly showed him performing his abilities without a lot of explanation. if you compare it to Great sage from rimuru, she gives detail explanations in universe in a way that actually conforms to the established rules of the world building. maybe this is just nitpicking.

that guy wasn't a push over and the objective was not to kill him.

first off, MC is too strong for that. he has already established the reasons why he does not want to kill anyone. Granted the writing is terrible his motives are actually logical. he has two objectives. one, to find out about the return spell. second, to either have it performed or learn how to do it himself. he cannot do that if he kills any of the guards, certainly not the princess. the first and second princes are highly unreliable and the king? forget it. What is cringe is people constantly clamoring for MC to take the easy way out in spite of already established reasons why he can't.

most importantly, he is still a kid. in spite of his power, he is very much naive and simple minded so it all checks out. for him to be ambushed like that was very much on point because even if hes gotten stronger, he has not learned to fully be aware of his surroundings. His combat training showed this much already.

I am not sure how the rest of the manga will go but as things start happening, he will start to get colder and more rigid in his thinking. hes already showed a bit of that when those idiots burned down that house. Like i've said in some other posts, this manga has a lot of good concepts but the writing is very mid.

he didn't die. it probably takes a minute to heal him from a fatal injury. this manga doesn't really explain a lot about his abilities. like, how did he summon the initial skeletons when he was pretty much almost dead?

on one had i get it. on the other, in the real world, if you don't adapt to your situation you die. MC is carrying them on his shoulders and they could easily get him to a point where he would abandon them.

could it be that the world is starting to react to all these new people from a different world?

its really unfortunate his initial experience allowed him to acclimate to this world instantly. But they still have their modern sensibilities so even if they are rescued, they will revert to their normal ways. They will start to blame the MC for trivial things, its already happening.

this is actually a tough situation. Hes the MC so he can't abandon them but he is the one with the power she he as the responsibility to help his classmates. Otherwise all of this is for nothing and he can just rampage and hope that maybe a return spell exists.

i am guessing with his negotiations with the princess, they will give them the spell but in exchange he has to help with the desertification effort. To be honest, the princess's circumstances cruel as they are are not without merit. yeah i get it, but are we so different from her? We look the other way when its "other" people all the time, so we as readers don't really have a moral high-ground to judge her. to say nothing of the people shes suppose to preside over, and the palace power struggle etc... I feel like this entire time she might have been reasoned with if MC confronted her directly, especially since he has way more power than her.
