I notice some translation issues in chapter 1 as well as 2. For example "two women can ride" and it shows a man and a woman for the image. A good number of other such discrepancies and things that don't quite make sense as put but I won't bother listing them.

Why would that be?

Remember the world building has specifically said that sometimes a normally good thing is sometimes a bad thing, the cancer treatment. It said would not want a invigorating potion with cancer

Who's to say the microbes couldn't become super powered by the elixir as well, which could be much worse than just becoming utterly useless for fighting bacterial infection.

I assume normally elixirs aren't given to the sick anyway, so especially bad to mix with penicillin

Many modern day perfumes use harsh chemicals. Among other things it can sting the eyes more etc/ But it is not hard to find essential oils where allergies are super rare Vast majority of allergies are to a select few things. You could also have different perfumes to suit peoples preference and give alternatives in super rare case of allergies.

MC surely should have immediately seen the value of perfumes the moment it was mentioned as well as different shapes and colors. The whole issue was marketing, thus such thoughts should have come at some point during all this time of "how to get more people to buy"

Of course the elixir wouldn't have allergies because inanimate objects can't have allergies. But people can be allergic to it and thus future customers might have adverse reactions.

Is it saying penicillin is being mixed in with these elixirs? If so, it's a bigger issue that penicillin is being treated at best as a panacea and at worst possibly taken as some kind of growth enhancer. It is a huge problem to abuse antibiotics like that. Are you saying this previously modern day doctor that has apparently recreated penicillin has completely forgotten about antibiotic resistance?!?

Well, less capable. All indications are that they are good doctors and such. Just no match for MC. Also of course there is the greediness of always only acting to improve their position and not caring about patients.

This is a high quality story balancing between doctor saving people and martial arts saving people stuff.
