I feel like having a dying brother for the MC, and a God Gifted one for the religious brother would be enough drama already...
MC hiding his powers, status, abilities and fame from his brother.
Brother hiding his condition from the MC...
Especially when MC confirmed that there wouldn't be much of a negative impact revealing it, and the brother trying to motivate the MC to "fight alone"... it seems... counterproductive.
The author seems to forget his own story, ignore his own rules and ignore any connections to reality too.
Crazy dude dressed like a fanatic shows an heroic action by a kid, tells them she's the monster boss, nobody doubts it...
MC completes a quest made by the system to save Erzebet, but somehow fails the quest because... reasons?
And now, you retcon your first fucking chapter... in it, we clearly see the MC protecting his daughter, and dying in the process, and she heard him say he came to protect her, making her mad and sad and all... meaning, who the fuck is that Witch that "crossed dimensions"?!?!? she should be mad at the sword saint, not her father... or herself...
What a fucking mess of a story...
We got a mass release that ended the side quest with almost no consequences for the main plot.
This killed the pacing for me, I'm kinda losing interest, I hope they pick up the pace in the next few chapters.
I might ask a kind soul to summarize what happened once we are past this BS, but for now, I'll leave my mouse scroll wheel in free roll mode and skip everything.
Haha, that's new. kinda.
You mean, the 13th divinity is actually... himself?
Well, I wasn't expecting this. I'm curious how the story will explain how people can use his "divinity", while the guy himself is clearly not a God... yet at least.
Because if she is, she might need to change her new form-fitting psychosuit. Maybe take one that DOESN'T actually look like an hourglass.
What a miracle.
Still, that was a sweet chapter.
Why would he join a circle that wouldn't be able to take in his allies... when he could create his own and dominate everybody else?!?
After Ice waifu, fire waifu.
"Watch out, watch out, watch out!"
"duuut dut dut duuuuuu!"
I'm pretty sure the original owner of the body is completely dead.
Also, the MC was isekai'd in the year 2000 in a Japan really similar to ours, without magic or super powers.
The technology is way more advanced in this current world, and magic doesn't seem like something new at all, but really ancestral and prominent in the society.
So no, they aren't the same person, but it would be fun if they actually more or less fused their minds, and he becomes a bit of both Takerus, friendly and nice to everyone with a huge mana pool, but also confident and skilled, with the actual means of using that magic pool.
Good.
Teacher was being assaulted by a sexy busty student, but wouldn't touch her.
She finally broke him on her last day of school, and he pretty much ravaged her like an hungry wolf. They are officially together now.
The other girl is an idol. She was a cheerleader in school, and her best male friend was a bench-warmer for his baseball team.
He became her barrier, protecting her from unsolicited love confessions.
Once she decided to become an Idol, he decided to support her as much as possible, and he is clearly sexually attracted to her (she seems to be also, but is completely unaware of her own feelings it seems).
The thing is, the dude has mad respect for idols, and once she became one, she became "everyone's idol, but no-one's girl", and he would never touch her romantically or sexually.
The thing is, she likes teasing him, and can only really relax with him around, so she is constantly loitering in his apartment. They got caught by paparazzi near the building where he lives, but strangely, people don't seem to mind her having a boyfriend... but they actually aren't romantically involved, just really really really close friends.
This series is pretty much "how to torture good men until they can't hold it anymore" with multiple couples:
The Shinto priest and his almost adoptive sister.
The idol and her protector.
The teacher and his student.
The adult office worker and the random highschool girl.
The office senpai and his younger protégé.
And all girls are incredibly busty.

What a mess of a story... If this was written to make us empathize with the detective, I don't think it's working.
This just proves that she's an obstacle, impeding plans to actually save people and punish miscreants, she doesn't seem to be able to use her "genius intellect" for much, clearly judging the MC before checking for proof, and believing rumors spread by people she knows are unreliable...
This just showed that the MC lived through tragedies after tragedies... and made me even more attached to him.
He could decide that from now on, his new personality will be Mr. Hyde, killing left and right, and I would probably still root for him.
Proceeds to explain nothing at all.
What a pointless chapter.
Usually Manwha titles are over-exaggerated or just complete lie.
Not this one tho, like, how many gods did he actually train... like, all of them?!?
