Oh, so I wasn't the only one thinking that.
This is boring, and the art was downgraded too... I really hope something interesting happens soon, I'm getting a bit tired of these filler chapters...

I feel like the pace of this story just got reeeeaaaaally slow, like, you could skip the chapters since the beginning of the season and not really miss anything.

I dunno, maybe I'm just impatient, but this feels a tad boring to me at the moment.

That was epic.

I was getting anxious. I really thought that the MC would do the stupid thing of letting a psychopath go because his niece asked, that would have been really dumb.
First, because not killing this kind of monster make you complicit in her future victim's demise.
Second, because the niece is in an actual competition to get her S-Rank powers with said psychopath.
And it's not like this was a cold blooded killing... the psycho actually premeditated the kidnapping and killing of multiple people, the niece included.

This is really problematic.
This MC is completely bonkers, a full on sociopath and psychopath.
His actions are greedy, selfish and mostly evil.
He kills willy-nilly people that would be MCs in other stories, like, interesting and tragic people.

But I still like him. He's pretty much on my list of favorite MCs ever now.

This might reveal something wrong with me, I think.

Mmmh. Damn, that first arc way really good, and the whole concept should stop things from becoming too stale.
Like SSS Suicidal Hunter, they can have a real beginning, middle and satisfying end with both characters as the common denominator.

I was kinda afraid, and still am a bit, that the common trope in redo/time travel/reincarnation stories of fucking over the MC every time he accomplishes anything would come again, but for the moment, it seems safe.
I'm OK with a MC that can struggle from time to time, but Berserk stated this horrible tendency to fuck over the MC in the worst way possible for no faults of his own... and I'm tired of it.

I'm guessing this won't work, as the constellation killer might do something about it, but genius nonetheless.

The Noble's reaction is waaaay too late, so late in fact, that it makes their attempt at coercion worst.

"Oh no! The saint has the power to destroy our whole nation alone, by political means, might or popularity with the common folks"
"And now he has an army of people as strong as him too!"
"I know! Let's piss him off as much as possible, this will resolve the issue, for sure!"

I will pause this for a few week. The story is fire, but......
Those cliffhangers are literally killing me. I think I've developed an ulcer because of them.

Maybe the BD version, but this would never air uncensored.
If we are lucky, they'll use the same censoring we can see in the manga.
If we are unlucky, they'll rewrite this so much it becomes shit.

Soooo. brutality to the limit is burning 6 fields?
I thought it would be something like spreading a deadly and highly contagious disease and ending up killing tens of millions.
Or starting a World War by committing genocides and gigantic territory expansion.
Or maybe even committing Deicide,

But no, apparently arson on the level of a teenager is plenty enough.

This is a filler chapter.
Like, nothing was gained, nothing was lost.

But damn it was funny.

People really need to learn.
When there's an overpowered wasp nest being chill, not wanting to meddle too much, don't go poking it.
And.. DON'T... FUCK... WITH... THE... QUEEN!
Or you might get wiped off the map.

What a fucking great end of season.
No real cliffhangers, funny as hell, and in the same tone as the rest of the story.

This was perfect.

Fun concept, a lot of intrigue, good combat that looks like actual real combat and not flashes of 2 colors clashing, really fun side characters,...

This is slowly becoming my favorite story.
It's clearly top 5 now, but it's just the beginning.

I'm getting interested in the movie he just auditioned for now.
I want to see confession of a Priest, and that historical drama, and every goddamn project the MC as acted in.
