Plenty of people who do bad things have their reasons and I don't mind hearing them. I think it gives the story depth. People don't just one day wake up and decide to destroy the world.

Magic towers tend to be pretty reclusive in stories like these

Definitely just world domination. No ulterior desires or motives I can think of.

Isn't that one on season break? I like it but I like nanomachine better. I find the 2 storyline aspect interesting but also somewhat distracting. Whenever we are in one universe I want to got back to the other one, no matter which one he's in. I like it though but I didn't say it because the original comment said ones airing right now and I think that ones on break.

I would still call her dumb. Yes she had a plan, but there was so much she didn't know about her opponent so making a plan like that is useless. He could have had numerous abilities that would make following him to a location of his choosing a horrible idea. He could have set up wire traps, explosives, he could have an aoe power that makes the lack of vision meaningless. If she were facing someone of lower skill level than her I wouldn't think this way, but she knows that he has killed other people of her skill level before, so she should be thinking that he has something worthwhile up his sleeves. Basically it all boils down to don't fight someone on their terms especially if you know they are powerful enough to pose a threat. She is also lucky af that he happened to lead her to a room that had an electrical box right next to the goddamn door. Obviously not all rooms are like that and if the room hadn't had that her "plan" wouldn't have been as easily executable. Assassins are supposed to fight people on the assassin's terms, and she's supposed to know that. She is definitely dumb for that sequence of events. Doesn't mean she's always dumb, but that was an undeniably stupid sequence of decisions.

Brother we get it you read the novel. Let us read the story. They are clearly going to get to that part. If you feel that you absolutely cannot live on without sharing knowledge we will all get naturally anyways then put it under a spoiler tag. It's not a big spoiler, just completely unnecessary. We all obviously don't know and we don't need to.
Edit: thx for tagging it

The fact that she decided to fight him alone without knowing his strengths and weaknesses is why she's dumb. You're right, the information she had indicated she had the upper hand, but she's a world class assassin. I expect someone like that to understand that fighting someone without knowing their ability is reckless at best, idiotic at worst, and since in this case she had a bad intuition about the situation which she ignored and then also followed him to a fighting ground of his choosing is all pretty dumb if you ask me.

I could be wrong but I don't think the corpses give xp just abilities and skills so he is way more powerful than his level.

Also are you the real moris? Because I would hope the real moris has a better take than following a strong enemy with unknown abilities into a location of their choosing to have a fight is not dumb. Never overextend to chase a retreating enemy because thats how you get ambushed. That's like tactics 101.

Are you even reading? They spent the whole chapter talking about how strong this guy is, including how he killed another former disciple, aka someone on the same level as her, and she goes and decides it's a good idea to try to solo him without knowing his ability while the strongest human alive in his prime as well as infinite backup is in the building. All of this while her intuition is telling her something is wrong (which as an assassin you should probably listen) and she decides to ignore that.

They spent the whole chapter hyping this guy up and she and him were all like "wow he's a tough opponent. Hes super strong. He's scary. He killed another former disciple" Then she goes and tries to solo him while the strongest human alive and infinite backup is available in the building despite the fact that her intuition was telling her not to. If that's not dumb, idk what is.

I've thought this for a while that mc will be the heavenly demon because they said something about the heavenly demon having all the physiques of the people with fancy physiques (I think there were 5) like the dude with the hard body who works with pinky and the evil monk. I think mc is the heavenly demon because some of his penalties and perks that come from the system seem to mimic those physiques. He has the hard body passive, he had some penalties he got that were like burning him or shocking him or something (idr) and there was a penalty having to do with poison but he didn't get the penalty cuz he completed the quest (similar to Ala's poison physique).
