yeah i saw that but that was for like 1 day, i tested a feature out that was implimented. it had to do with levels. people under level10 would not be able to reply to you. but admin must have accidentally set true value to n^100 so only level100 people could reply but there is no one with higher lvl than 90. but i disabled that the same day after i tested it and people could reply to me without issues.

it never did, it blocked downvotes from people who had private profiles, but i disabled that too.
