Basically, the author axed this manga and restarted in a different manga with a different artist and shortening the story, fans hate it so much that the restart was axed and this manga was renewed and continued the story, and no, issues are in the right order, is just that the author loves the nonsensical, anything can happen humor, like many japanese, so the story tend to jump, but it's easy to follow if you pay attention
