I hate manga that do that, end as soon as the couple gets together.
One of the seven deadly sins of Romance manga.

How we gonna get a chapter that does nothing to advance the story this close to the end?

I can name more I just don't want to, and everything I named there are not ecchi. I can't name a ecchi anime/manga where a 'getting the d' scene actually happens besides from the actual softcore hentais like Nozoki ana and Redo of healer and Parallel paradise.
One of my favourite manga, Sun Ken Rock, has sex and rape scenes. But that's an Adult manga. As in not just sexual content, but brutal, dark shit. Like Game of thrones is an adult only show but not porn.

Chapter 220, though I won't say the characters who did the deed, it's definitely unexpected if you are an anime only. The manga finished last year. It's overrated to hell though.
I don't think you should spoil yourself though, the build-up is what makes the scene. The scene itself isn't sexual, but just shows and tells us that they indeed did the deed.

I know he doesn't want to jeopardise the work he's doing by releasing a scandal by reporting the rape, but jesus shit balls this is still not acceptable and isn't something you can just slip under the rug. And I am so happy that everyone else is still calling that shit out.

Well, it happened in only around 16 of Berserk (not counting prologue chaps, because the literal first page of Berserk is Guts fucking a demon bitch.), it happened in Tokyo Ghoul manga quite far away from the ending, same with Love Is war. So it's not that rare, it's just most manga are slow and don't want to progress adequately.

I've always loved things that do this. Dragon Ball Super and Peaky Blinder's 6th season showed how having the main character be the focus 100% of the runtime is such a bad idea.
Saitama is an extremely bland, 1 note character. That's intentional of course, so it isn't bad, but it's why the mangas focuses so much on side characters. Because they have actual stories to tell. A manga just focusing on Saitama would be boring.

Y'know, I've given shit to MHA for being predictable, safe garbage. But this chapter really has tension, I don't doubt that he'd destroy Japan. Even though we know Deku wins in the end, he could still be a winner on a barren wasteland. It's actually engaging when you can't predict everything.

Finally read this. It was an 8/10 for me. I love mystery, and this is the first work of the legendary Urasawa-sensei I've read. HOWEVER. I think it's far, far too long. I think 150 chapters would have been the perfect length, that's including 21st. I also think it does a cardinal sin of Mystery, by giving you answers that give only (mainly) more questions. A good mystery is balanced, each answer giving satisfaction for the previous question while still building on the mystery by asking another question or two. I think Urasawa just kept stringing me along and I never got much satisfaction from the answers, especially because some of the answers are from questions that I asked over 100 chapters ago but the answer has no relevance at that later point, especially since it's so far back in the backlog layer of questions I've had since then. And the constant time-hopping made it hard to keep track of and sort of pulled me out of the experience. That and This combined with the insane length for a rather simple mystery knocks it down to a 8/10. Although the main highlight of the manga is the characters, hot damn are these some of the best characters I've ever read, as you know since you read it too. The praise is obvious, but man these were incredible characters. Art was good too.

It's an 8/10, but not a masterpiece in my opinion. I don't have any bias towards Urasawa-sensei so I'm looking at this fairly, but his character work is the best in the class.
