XD, i looked up shiki and nothing specific came up, the only similar things that came up were shinki (gaara's son) and isshiki, and i guess it doesn look like shinki a little bit if thats who you are saying (cuz of the face marks, shinki has very similar ones, just a little extended than this one)

EDIT: right after writing this, i saw a naruto/boruto youtuber im subscribed to just uploaded a video of shinki shinju revealed, guess thats who you said it might be

well, i do agree in the beginning, he is a loser, but there is some character development before chapter 100, mc keeps getting strong and all, you just have to bear with the cringe
