now, that makes sense. well after this chapter, he ended up not doing it anyways, because mc fought them and took it for himself.

you forgot that if their soul power runs out, they are basically dead. it was kind of explained when there's that one guy who made assumptions (well, it was true but mc intervened and it was healed) of Jia Rong (the 1-star alchemist at the time) using illegal materials to pass the exam. it was then when Jia Rong denied the accusations and the guy wanted to see his soul power (because having low soul power proves he cheated during the alchemist exam), but instead of having low soul power, Jia Rong has much more than the guy. The guy then get attacked using the soul power, hence his soul power was drained and died.

Im guessing after beating that Bellerius guy near death, they would surrender one after another, building that PTSD in him.

From what I understand, the guide of sin guys were once players who tried to conquer the labyrinth, but seeing as there are many Solo mode players, and each one has guide of sins, my guess is below:

They were never players, but just NPCs/enemies. They only become players as part of the story of the creation of the labyrinth. Since they are just NPCs/enemies, they are also in other duplicates of the labyrinth (solo mode players' labyrinth). I'd like to say as well, from the comment below, just because the labyrinth is duplicated doesn't mean the gods are, as well. The gods with the mage made the labyrinth, so there's no way they are duplicated. Seeing as there's no mention of gods in other solo mode players, it probably means the gods are only interested in MC.

There's no such quest. Original comment was right. The only ones need killing are the woman and the fire king, for now, who seem to be related to the spirit guy's quest.

The quest was about getting revenge on the one who killed him, who was on 10th floor. MC and spirit learned before killing the murderer that he was threatened by people within the guide of sin, and the weapon he used was also given by them. They asked who would order such a thing, and it was revealed it was some woman who was really close to spirit. MC then received a chained quest to kill that woman, and then back from a few previous chapters, he added that he must kill the fire king, too (forgot the reason).

TTITH mc (ho jae) is just built different, idk why some people are saying this one is better?

when clearly, this mc regressed just to achieve these things, while TTITH mc didn't have to, and the Hell difficulty in there is much harder than the Solo difficulty of this one.

and yes, let's say he chose Solo in the beginning, he wouldn't be as strong as he is now when he regressed because he has no information.

yes, he would grind the way he did in Easy difficulty, but having no information is just really different.
