I literally went out of my way to find this chapter as I watch the anime just to comment how much of a dumb bitch this girl is. Like dear lord trust Aizen all you want but can you not even consider the idea of a forgery? You're turning on someone you've known your whole life and gonna try to kill them over a letter that was handed over to you by his own lieutenant in good faith? You think if he really killed Aizen he wouldn't have made sure that the letter didn't expose him? The letter has his handwriting? Not like that could possibly be faked. Of course I remember enough of this from childhood to know Aizen is the big bad of this arc and that it's not, but that's not the point >.> It's just pissing me off to no end how quickly and easily she turned on one of her closest friends that she's known for so long because of some obviously suspicious letter betraying all trust in the process, so I needed to vent.

I think from here out Uichi is gonna start holding the line. We've all seen him at his worst until now, so it's only natural for us to think he needs Yotsuha to make it through, but she's already managed to pull him out of the darkness a great deal. And while it may not be complete yet, I think there is significance in him overcoming the last stretch through his own strength and being the one to save Yotsuha after she's saved him.

This is a perfect "tier list(lol)" of what medium to use your brain on. I for one think manga actually has a pretty high standard of intellectualism to it, so long as you venture outside the isekai garbage that keeps getting regurgitated these days. Could just be what I gravitate to tho.

As someone who never got into kengan or baki, I gave this a try on a whim and must say I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed the gradual recruitment of strong fighters to the roster who all have likable and memorable personalities. Each fight feels intense cuz you really never know who's gonna win for sure and the girls still manage to be attractive even when they're getting their flesh gouged out and gutted. Maybe this will motivate me to give kengan and baki a more serious try? Dunno, time will tell.

I have a sneaking suspicion that even the normal one simply has yet to show how crazy she really is.

Okay this chapter felt really refreshing, about time we just get some downtime between the two. Now if only the whole amnesia nonsense could get taken care of it would be perfect.

I love Sumire so much man. She and Denji (Chainsaw man) could probably hold a show of their own together.

I'm doing that right now and I must say the story beats really connect much more understandably when you ain't waiting weeks inbetween each chapter. I have a much better feel for the characters and of whats going on now.
