Remember, "a logical human leader should not engage in illogcal use of armed forces". But Yapee is a logical MACHINE, he is not bound to any law. And he did not lie, what he offered was a marketing scheme, but with promised returns - like investment with interests.

Oh. That I am yet to know, unless its kind of a spoiler that you read its LN?

That was the point of this story, you were lead to think this is a simple revenge story because of the MC's initial fate, but no, there is more to it.

Compared to the phrase "never a two sided dice", its "there is more to it behind the scenes". The MC knew that he was framed and beheaded (effect), but he didn't want to think about what lead to it (casue). Cause and effect.

Also, we had the third person perspective in this entire story. Analyzing, guessing, speculating, theorizing the truth behind this story as it unfolds.

In his regression, in path of his revenge, the truth behind the characters' actions were revealed instead.

This event proved that the MC's suspicion was right. The people in the academy and royalty were greatly, massively f*cked before or during the Falling Stars because of rats.

Hmm. There are ways to debate this, unless we have the source (the truth prescribed).

The constellation (Deep Snow King) wasn't his disciple, but his admirer, one-time life saver, and whom he had respect to. Though just like his disciple, their authority and power were used for selfishly humane yet wanton reasons... until they met and sorted properly in hierarchy.

Deadpool has it because he's already numbed to the experimental torture; For Wolverine, just his experience for being a former soldier is more than enough to tell you things, no?

If this happens, we're so onto the character development route for sure.

That's what Gojo feared since the beginning, yet what he didn't know of Marin.

No. He did perfectly, the problem was exactly he said, with addition to how Haniel was rendered so perfectly within his dreams and by the author's vision. Remember, the motto of the Haniel's expression is to look at those who flocked to her LIKE DISGUSTING INSECTS, LIKE LAMBS TO THE SLAUGHTER, making them FEEL LIKE TRASH, LOWER THAN DIRT, BUT DIE WILLINGLY WITH THE SOLE PLEASURE OF WITNESSING HER ANGELIC YET MOCKING SMILE, AS IF THEY'RE BORN FROM FILTH, BUT BLESSED TO DIE BY THAT ONE SCENE AND FELT AS IF THEIR LIFE HAS ACHIEVED PURPOSE. If I were Gojo, and can't even be felt by that experience, much more outright not even a glimpse on me within the mass of people... I'd cry out of my own existence. Alternatively, from an artist's perspective, I'd cry on the same degree because I tarnished the magnificent creation of another - Gojo depicted HIS HANIEL, not the author's - even if recognized.

Sorry for the mass caps, but its to instill the idea of the vision conducted.

And looking at you the same way how would the character do as well, that's a boundary shattering skill.

"It needs to look enchanting enough that people will still want to fall in love with you. I shouldn't have said that." - Gojo's internal words on Chapter 99

The intention was to have Marin look at them the way she would at Gojo - alluring, enchanting, witnessed. While now the intention was delivered, it wasn't to him, and its heart-crushing.

Maybe I missed something, but was Selene hinted a traitor in any aspect? As far as I recall, she aims to rival the MC, but the MC didn't like her aura, that's all.

PS: I don't care whoever my ruler is as long as logic stands with them, like Ayanokoji or Yi Zaha (MC of The Return of the Crazy Demon, a man of justice and also a serial killer in his own right).

I hate to break it to Maelyn, but the people in the Ivory Tower did the right thing. In order to advance and improve the generations for the better, some rules and traditions must be broken. Talent (merit) should be valued above bloodline (aristocracy).

But don't you like how the way it's put? The classy, sassy way to describe it.
