Trans fats are typically added to foods as a means to extend its shelf life. Food companies have done many things in this regard to maximize profit like also spraying meat with carbon dioxide to prevent meat from "browning" and looking unappealing. Its not about eating meat is bad, its about the way it's produced. Because cows eat hay, and the grass for hay may have been grown in chemicals to prevent bugs from destroying the crop, now the cow eats pesticides that may have not had their half life expired. Because this cow has poison in it, does that make meat bad or the way it was acquired bad?
.
This is what the second part was talking about how facts can be used to make a narrative that fits an agenda.
.
If you go to the website and keep in mind that they are talking about water the whole time, you will understand how facts can be used to push an agenda.
Btw
Dihydrogen Monoxide
Di =2, Hydrogen = H..... So 2 H's abbreviated as H₂
Mono = 1, Oxide = oxygen compound bonded to another element, Oxygen = O
H₂O₁ = H₂O ("₁" is dropped because it's unnecessary)
H₂O is the chemical composition of water

Honestly its hard for translators. There are words that we as english speakers use to correlate things like big vs tall. Although big is tall, tall refers to height where big refers to anything that is more than average. We also have words that correlate to the same root where the outcome is different Erosion/corrosion. Both are the breakdown of something, but erosion is displacement where corrosion is the change of properties

Not quite. Psychopaths only lack emotional connection. And most adults have learned to reflect emotions fyi. They aren't necessarily dangerous either. But if they are aggressive, they WILL cross worse lines.

The concept that energy is used to infiltrate acupoints. Which was the reason why his imitation of disabling the guard never worked

Affirmation of strength is a tool used to lead the masses on a "righteous" path. The stronger the sect, the more disciples. The more disciples, the more people can be saved and reach nirvana

Meat isn't bad for the body. Thats just propaganda used to insinuate it's bad. The fact that humans have flat teeth AND sharp teeth is the development of evolution. It shows that our bodies need meat in order to thrive. There is a difference from being carnivorous, vegetarian, and omnivorous. Keep in mind that humans aren't meant to sit in an office all day or sit on a couch 24/7. This is a development that goes against nature. There is also a difference when considering meal proportions. Most people actually eat more than necessary. Take a hamburger for example. Though it tastes good, this meal has become an overindulgence of meat. It's become 3/4 of the meal when it shouldn't even be half. Not to mention those who eat 2 for a meal. The other problem is people overcook meat because they don't like the idea of consuming "blood" even though its actually frying away the protein thus ruining the nutritional value. Just like you can overcook vegetables and make them lose their vitamins.

To show an example of propaganda, look up Dihydrogen Monoxide (H₂O - water). I can even leave a website to show its "dangers". "Facts" can always be altered to fit a narrative.

MC literally said their posture was destroying their knees, not the exercise itself. Because the monk he's supposed to face is muscular he chose to do exercises that bring better muscle mass vs definition.

honestly there were 2 tests to qualify as s rank
• survival (strong monsters)
• control (high regeneration monsters)

TP is like a cheat skill when it comes to survival, and control requires a little bit of skill. weapons can be brought into the evaluation so it's not like they didn't allow him to exert more power. (there's a difference from A-rank using equipment that gives S-rank qualification and an S-rank using equipment)

Realistically Hakjin is in the top 10 for world rankings (lost on 3rd match of 32 = 4-8th place) {left wiggle room for a couple others that have a chance to beat him that were prematurely eliminated}

so is it pathetic yes, but survival was probably ONLY passed because the monsters couldn't hit him by teleporting in and out of fights. the 2nd part was more about accuracy, so monsters weren't strong. also, its not like most monsters know tactics. Hakjin took the blow to catch an adversary whom he wouldn't be able to touch otherwise bc of TP. Monsters would attempt to hit him but not grapple bc they couldn't connect

hopefully this is a plausible answer

he's been back. he manages the system. that only held true for the "virtual world" where it was battle royal. as soon as the backet of 32 started, it was hosted in the real world even going as far to say murder will bring disqualification

easy. that guy is the one who is "good at illusions", who also sets up ranking assessment. now through this conversation we learned he is capable of "sending soldiers" through a "dimension". the fact he was talking to someone known as emperor and predator, it's likely the guy that killed him in the previous life.

the only question we don't know the answer to is how they know of MC's prior life, and how it will effect the future
