Also, having regular nosebleeds is miserable. I don't have HHT, but I have a stupid would on the inside of my nose. I have verified it - as all the napkins I put into my nose are clean (from blood) on one side - and frankly, all my nosebleeds are literally just this specific wound opening... Thankfully, it isn't a bigger problem, but even with just this, it is miserable to have.
It starts off with a familiar story from 2009, but unlike that story, this manhwa isn't even close to being over as you've got almost 300 chapter to go. There is a major story arc that lays dormant in the background of the plot and it all comes together in the last stretch, detailed and elaborate down to the final conclusion.
I dunno what the guy from 4 to 5 months ago was going on about; if it ended before the final arc, then the manhwa would've lost a lot of purpose and ended in complete uncertainty.
Characters aren't written in and forgotten. Characters stick around and they grow. Time very much marches on in as the story continues to unfold, so get used to these characters because as unimportant as they may seem, they're gonna be back.
The initial major plot that starts the story is in the name of the manhwa: Peerless Dad. It's Mr. Main Character and his children. This will sometimes get muddled as a bigger plot pops up from time to time, but it always returns to this. It isn't even abrupt or anything as it is well written.
I do recommend this manhwa as it has good plot, characters, and importantly, ACTION! It's not Ghost King, which set out to be an exemplar of action sequences, but it is pretty good.
9/10.
I'm not IGN, so that's a great score.
Things will be established; they will be build up; they will have an impact; and then they be confronted.
During this sequence, characters interact, grow and stuff. I don't wanna spoil too much, but I did enjoy this work. It didn't show as much action as I would've liked, but it's not that bad.
Also, importantly, the romance element is handled carefully... though chapter 1 does kinda prepare you for it, it should be stated that Ms. Main Character is very blockheaded when it comes to romance.
So like uh.. 7 or 8/10 on my personal scale of rating things. I'm not IGN, so that's a pretty good score.
I enjoyed "Charlotte has Five Disciples" and I came across this looking at the author's other works and I'm curious, so I'm asking.
Nah bro, you're normal.
They're the weirdos.
Yang Kai will fail the Holy Child test on purpose.
Someone planned for all this weird stuff to happen with that fake Holy Child from a decade ago.
The fake Holy Child learned the ability to pass the test due to the previous flag master teaching it to them secretly.
uh... I think Yang Kai will be powering up in his limited cultivation level -> which will raise his full-power level? Maybe?
I don't know what's exactly going on. Updates are too slow at the moment and I've lost the current long-thread of plot.

Yes, cat, alcohol is completely gross. People are just pressured into it via societal pressure and/or peer pressure. Then they keep drinking it due to addiction.

I know comments on here are usually "ha ha funny memes" but serious PSA: do yourself and your wallet a favor and never touch this stuff.
For the "ha ha funny meme" -> seriously, the price of an average 12 pack of beer is like $16. That's like a full indie game on steam. lol
Chapter 466:
Lauel nodded as they walked down the corridor. He was deep in thought. What else was he planning? Grid and Euphemina were filled with curiosity and were about to question him. "Let's change the king." Lauel expressed an outrageous idea.
(Then, after the exchange of a meh thanks and the demand for a real thanks, the challenge is specifically): "The king of Siren will serve me from now on. If you don't respond, I will oppress you with force." Grid once again drove a wedge into the disbelieving Maxong. Lauel smiles and thinks "Now he's good at taking care of himself."
There is no "Mr. Grid! We're almost allies! Talk more respectfully!" nonsense going on here. Euphemina and Lauel walked into that room with Grid with the intention of overthrowing him. They didn't talk back to Grid and make it seem like Grid's stupidity and impatience lead to a "oh woah! suddenly a raid! who would've thought!"

Are you kidding me with this nonsense? This paints the entire situation as "things are bad and dangerous because of Grid is an idiot" which is WRONG. It should be "things are getting dangerous because we're going to perform a dangerous task of fixing Siren." The quest wasn't fully intentional, but they were absolutely going to beat up Maxong regardless if it didn't pop up.
Also, in chapter 477, Euphemina isn't "I prepared a lot before coming to Siren." She says "I'm always ready. I can always prevent the worst from happening." She is a high-ranker. This is the attitude of a high-ranker.
Now, I'm not completely unaware; this is generally how many manhwa are compared to their novel, but I haven't read many novels. I read Overgeared and I have this chance so I'mma take it!
I do remember some characters.

A member of this sect can enter it in some way -> but depending on your time there, you will be limited in rising through the sect.
The goal is: Become the Sect Leader.
Seeing how there is only one spot for "sect leader" and both these idiots (that scheming against Mr. Main Character) have the same goal -> they are most definitely gonna backstab one another at some point when they get close to reaching their goal.
Anyway, if you spend time as a laborer in the Labor Office, you are automatically disqualified from reaching that goal. You can ignore this problem if you're good enough to literally flip the world on its head (metaphorically) and have everyone submit to you. They don't think Mr. Main Character is capable of that, so they're not worried.
With this whack-o planning going on, the path for the next 3 months is clear and open for Mr. Main Character and the little girl to spend the time training uninterrupted. The stage is set, let's go.
BABY!

SO CUTE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Congratz to them. I tried leaving comments on many chapters to get some attention to this manhwa on this site... time to move on. GGs.

Jeffrey's anxiety is fueled by the fact that he chased her for like... 100 years or something. Seriously, they're both old. He's worried that he'll wake up and return to when he wasn't with you. Reality hasn't properly set in and he's afraid that it's a dream. He just needs time, that's it.
